Portugal to create 53 teleworking spaces in the interior by the end of June | Observador (PT)

The Portuguese government announced on Monday that it intends to open 53 teleworking spaces in the interior of the country, in an equal number of municipalities, by the end of June in order to promote interest in these territories and attract digital nomads and companies to set up shop there, Observador reports.

In a joint statement, the ministries of Labor, Solidarity and Social Security indicated that these coworking spaces will be opened in 16 municipalities in the north, 23 in the center, three in the Alentejo, and 11 in the Algarve.
