As digital nomads flock to Lisbon, Portugal’s youth are leaving in droves | Bloomberg

“Every year almost 40% of the nation’s graduates leave in search of better work and living conditions elsewhere, according to Business Roundtable Portugal, a group of the country’s biggest private companies,” Bloomberg writes.

A Portuguese scientist now living in Copenhagen and a woman still studying in Lisbon, at the ISEG Lisbon School of Economics and Management, both told Bloomberg they’re planning to live in Portugal… when they retire.
