AtlasLisboa.com was founded in 2015 by Ellis Dixon and Alex Padalka, New Yorkers who moved to Lisbon and found that the expat and immigrant community was short on accessible, reliable, and trustworthy information on the city we chose to call home. We wanted articles to help us become Lisboetas. We decided to change that.
