Get ready to embark on a culinary fiesta that’s nacho average Mexican restaurant— it’s literally a bus that’s headed to Tijuana, but going nowhere fast. Ay Caramba’s quirky converted bus seating section makes the dining experience fun, unique, and Instagram-worthy. The vibe is cozy and vibrant, with thematically appropriate music that might just have you doing the salsa between bites. All in all, it’s a great place to watch the game, have a feast, or just talk shite over a plate of nachos with friends.
The menu is a mixed bag of Mexican staples. We recommend the more standard dishes like the quesadilla al pastor, the shrimp tacos, the beef enchiladas, and the piping-hot steak fajitas. And don’t forget the pico de gallo to start while you sip on a bangin’ margarita. Our compliments to the chef and the staff, who are kind and attentive and made our brood feel welcome. Highly recommended if you’re on your way back from Costa and looking for something to spice up your ride, but please, margarita responsibly.
