Choose from typical breakfast plates inspired by American and British staples or opt for a hamburger or salad if that’s your early-morning thing. If you’re ravenous, you can go for the 15-Euro two-dish-and-a-drink brunch menu and have a taste of something sweet, like cafe-cream pancakes, as well as something savory, like the eggs benedict over smoked salmon, a.k.a. the Ovos Royale. We were a bit shocked to not find mimosas or bloody marys on the drink menu, but you know what they say: When life gives you espumante, order a side of orange juice. The staff is attentive and charming and the space is clean and bright, so if you’ve had a rough night, better bring your sunglasses along. Let Bloom’s brunch take care of the rest.
