Câmara de Lisboa Extends Free Covid Tests to All of Lisbon

Expanding an earlier program for high-risk neighborhoods, participating pharmacies will now offer free bi-monthly tests to all Lisbon residents.

All Lisbon residents will be eligible for free Covid testing in participating pharmacies from April 15, Sapo reports. This is an extension of a Câmara de Lisboa policy that came into effect on March 31, offering tests in freguesias with more than 120 cases per 100,000 residents.

This is now being rolled out across the city and an up-to-date list and map of participating pharmacies can be found here. Residents looking to get one of these free tests must phone in advance to book a slot.
