Don’t be fooled by its appearance — this tasca will blow your mind.
The taxi drivers know it as their go-to lunch spot, theater-goers in the know regard it as their pre-concert dining room, and those who work in the area frequent this tasca at least once a week making lunch hours a bit cramped inside. The interior looks a bit shabby, but the food is anything but. Massive shareable portions of perfectly-cooked traditional Portuguese food comprise the menu. Try the cozido, or opt for something from the sea — whatever your choice you’ll be sure to return over and over again.
