What’s up, Doc?
Doclisboa (or, “6.Doc”) is back in Lisbon with its 2019 edition.
That’s what’s up.

Doclisboa 2019 is coming in October, but here’s your chance to avoid the whole festival atmosphere and just see some of the best work of the past festival. Five films from around the world, originally premiered at Doclisboa 2018, screened weekly through the end of July, at five euros a pop, accompanied by discussions with the filmmakers and special guests.

NOTE: You’ll probably need some Portuguese for these, but English subtitles have been known to work now and then.

Here’s the line-up, with trailers and whatnot:

28 March – 3 April, 21h15.
THE KAMAGASAKI CAULDRON WAR.

25 April – 1 May, time to be announced.
THE SILENCE OF OTHERS.
