Exceptional sushi and ramen that set the standard — other places pale in comparison

Atlas thought maybe we should keep this amazing ramen and sushi restaurant a secret, all to ourselves, but we finally realized selfishness is not a good look.
The impeccable service and tasteful, warm atmosphere (free from the likes of Pokemon plushies, Miyazaki creatures, and Akira action figures, the standard-issue decor of the most recent ramen joints in the city) set the tone for what’s to come: pure magic on a plate (or in a bowl)! It sounds disingenuous to say that this is some of the best sushi we have ever eaten, but there’s no way around it. And the ramen? Mmm. Fresh, bright, warm perfection. If you go for lunch, our guess is you’ll be planning an evening meal there soon (or vice versa).
If you don’t try the cucumber and algae salad (Tako Sunomo), you’re missing out on all the fun. You’re welcome.
