Bazar no Quartel, formerly known as Feira do Intendente, may not be Feira da Ladra, but it’s a more decent and civilized place to find locally made art, handmade things of all kinds, second-hand clothes, things in jars, live music, and whatnot, on the third Sunday of every month, sold mostly by people who need money but not so much that they’ll steal historical tiles and old phone charges to earn it.
