€5“The programme for the show ‘Clarinet in Fado’ consists of a broad spectrum of songs from the fado repertoire, in which the voice is replaced by the sound of the clarinet.
In the hands of António Saiote, these fados take on a whole new life of their own, with ‘stylised’ refrains played in the manner of the most traditional fado singers, creating a constant and surprising sensation of improvisation.”
