In his time, Italian composer Tomaso Albinoni was famous in Venice for his baroque operas, but is better-known today for his instrumental music. To remind us of his original fame, Italian teacher Marcello Di Lisa invited the famous Portuguese soprano Ana Quintans to bring back the fire and intensity of this composer’s arias under the musical direction of Marcelo di Lisa.
