Celebrate 300 years of Mafra and 60 years of the European Union with an organ concert inside the spectacular Mafra Palace. The show features six organists from six European nations, including Germany, Austria, Spain, Italy, Portugal and Romania, all culminating in a six-organ performance of Friedrich von Schiller’s interpretation of Beethoven’s “Ode to Joy.” Tickets are free, but you must pick them up before the show at the palace, starting May 5.
