“‘As Festas de Lisboa’ also return to São Jorge Castle. Once again, Fado, Lisbon’s song, Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity, is celebrated in the city’s emblematic monument, with two unmissable concerts.”
On Friday night, Ricardo Ribeiro – “one of the most important names in contemporary Fado” – takes the stage accompanied by renowned musicians and jazz pianist João Paulo Esteves da Silva.
And on Saturday, Teresinha Landeiro presents at the Castle her latest album, Agora. Her concert includes the participation of the artists Mimi Froes and Agir, for unpublished duets. Songs such as “O Tempo”, “Amanhã”, and “Batom” will be part of the show.”
