The subversive Maxime’s Restaurant and Bar (mostly known for burlesque and other types of edgy, sultry, saucy fun) is hosting its first ever Drag Brunch this Sunday. Rally the troops, because your avocado toast is finally about to get interesting.
The “Drag Brunch” Buffet will feature over 50 dishes AND a Drag Show with Naomy Beauty & Alejandro Beauty and Stefani Duvet. The hot dishes (no, not the performers) include a chocolate fountain, pork belly mini bao sandwiches, mini tacos, mushrooms, roasted vegetables, eggs done all sorts of ways, and more. There’s also an option of brunch with unlimited drinks including Mimosas & Bellinis, but it will be a little more expensive, guurl.
The organizers describe this brunch as, “a world of lust and fun. The space surrounding and the exquisite gastronomic offer make the “perfect match” with Drag culture… An irreverent and provocative afternoon!”
