In celebration of and preparation for both, local hippies Ecocity Lisboa have organized a free informative walking tour.
Here’s their description of it:
“A walk and talk to examine Lisbon city, current projects, hidden gems, current green spaces, including a picnic and climate assembly in the green heart of the city, Gulbenkian Park, finishing up by joining a gardening evening in the Permaculture-based Community Garden in Lisbon University, Horta FCUL.
Part 1: Walk & Talk, part 1: Cais do Sodré > Gulbenkian, 10 – 12h.
Part 2: Picnic and Climate Assembly, Gulbenkian Park: 12 – 14h.
Part 3: Walk & Talk, part 2: Gulbenkian > Horta FCUL: 14 – 16h.
Part 4: Gardening evening, Horta FCUL: 16h – 18h.
