According to the organizers, Arraial do Técnico is “the largest and oldest reception event for new students of university education in the city.” In fact, it’s probably older than most of the students attending: this year is its 24th edition. It’s hosted by AEIST (Students Association of Instituto Superior Técnico) and is comprised of two nights of live music in various genres, to help start your school year off right.
If you’re a dropout or graduate, you can attend too.
