In 2018’s final edition of LER no Chiado (“Read in Chiado”), Bertrand Bookstore welcomes local journalist Anabela Mota Ribeiro to talk to local poet Pedro Mexia about his published work, touching on subjects like “ghosts, obsessions, and melancholy.” Local actor João Reis reads excerpts from Pedro’s poetry.
If we had to describe Christmas in three words, they would probably be “ghosts, obsessions, and melancholy.”
