THEATER | “Muita Tralha, Pouca Tralha” by Catarina Requeijo | Intendente | FREE

August 18, 2020 @ 16:00 - 19:30

Free

Traveling is tricky these days. But, even without a global pandemic, packing for a trip is often a nightmare for many. Muita Tralha, Pouca Tralha (“Too much stuff, too little stuff”) is a play* by local Catarina Requeijo about the stuff we want and the stuff we need, and here’s the organizers’ synopsis of it:
“Choosing is not an easy task. Choosing what to take on a trip also isn’t. There is always something that we may miss. Who has never wanted to take the whole house?
Unaccustomed to traveling, the couple Odete and Alfredo decide to go and see their niece Manela participate in a car race. But before the trip you need to prepare your luggage. This is where the problems begin. Take what? A little junk? Too much junk? Just the essentials? These difficult decisions can complicate the start of the journey. Just the beginning? That’s what we’re going to see.”

Showtimes:
Aug 18, 16h and 18h30.

FREE ENTRY with limited capacity, RSVP (up to 2 tickets per person) via [email protected].

*The play kicks of the Bairro em Festa 2020 festival, which has lots of goings-on in the bairros of Intendente, Pena, Anjos, and Arroios all through the week.
