The exhibit Resonances: Of Voice and Echoes brings together some 100 works of art by Portuguese veteran artist Graça Morais, most of which come from the private collection of José Pedro Paço d’Arcos. Shown at the Champalimaud Center for the Unknown, this exhibit is focused around the artist’s new works that have been inspired by recent events such as the refugee crisis and the election of the 45th President of the United States. They are portraits of difficult lives and dramas of a land “lost behind the hills of unrest.”
