Here’s how Queimado (“Burnt”), a local food joint, describes itself:
“Queimado is a neighborhood restaurant serving honest food cooked over our charcoal grill, plus Portuguese wines, craft beers, and cocktails.
Our sharing style menu celebrates local and regional produce and changes regularly with the seasons.”

Every Friday and Saturday in August, along with the food, Queimado will be “serving up some dope beats straight out of their kitchen,” courtesy of local DJ Isac Ace and friends, to help you digest their goodness.
