Every other Wednesday for the next two months, Medeia Filmes, with the partnership of the Institute of Art History of FCSH-NOVA, the Portuguese Society of Psychoanalysis, and Leopardo Films, present a series of films and discussions, with various guests, on the topic of “Trauma in Cinema.”
Here’s what they tell us:
“Cinema has been presenting us with some angles of approach to trauma, becoming a useful tool to reflect the way in which this notion has been structuring innumerable discourses and visions about our time and our condition.”
