The Museum of Lisbon’s Roman Theater presents The Misanthrope, by the Greek comedic playwright Menandro, with stage direction by Silvina Pereira. Thanks to EGEAC Culture in Lisbon, Lisbon Museum, Teatro Maizum, and the Center for Classical Studies, we can enjoy this play as it was intended – in an old-school setting.
