Did you ever wonder why animals have tails of different sizes?
We haven’t, until now…
In other words, do you like science?
If so, Fundação Calouste Gulbenkian invites you to their outdoor photography exhibit, “Os cérebros da Ciência” (“The Brains of Science”).
Here’s what they tell us:
“The labyrinthine world of the human brain underlies the most incredible discoveries. This photography show presents some brains behind scientific advances that contribute to improving our lives.
Go through the garden and get to know the work of 14 scientists at the Gulbenkian Institute of Science (IGC), as well as the answers to questions like ‘Why do animals have tails of different sizes?,’ ‘How does a bacterium protect us from infection by a virus?’ or ‘How do our cells communicate with the world around us?'”

FREE ENTRY.
