From the organizers:
“On the spot where Fernando de Bulhões is said to have been born, this museum was created in 1962 to house two collections donated to Lisbon City Council. Today, it is a branch of the Museu de Lisboa and its permanent exhibition includes paintings, sculpture, engravings, and other iconography related to Saint Anthony, of differing provenance and age. Every year, the museum organizes a special program of events in honor of Saint Anthony.”

And most of the events are free (some with prior registration though).
