This weekend, as part of 2019’s Festas de Lisboa, you have a chance to view some live fado fit for a king.
Climb the hill to Castelo de São Jorge for some Fado no Castelo (you guessed it, “Fado at the Castle”) — this year they’ve invited two modern fado legends, along with some local friends, to pull at your heartstrings in a thousand-year-old fortress under the stars well into midnight.
