Tired of the increasing crowdedness of the city and feel like you need a drink? Then kill two birds with one stone by taking a trip down to Alentejo to learn about (and taste) one of the best things about Portugal — the wine!
More specifically, Talha Wine, in a century old winery and museum perfected by generations of the Honrado family.
Here’s what Cella Vinaria Antigua (“Old Wine Cellar”) tell us:
“At Cella Vinaria Antiqua, the goal is to develop an ecotourism project in a century-old building with a history associated with generations and generations of winemakers and innkeepers, based on the characteristics of the primitive construction, which are important to know in order to understand all the spirit implicit in the art of creating Vinho de Talha.”
