Lisbon’s famous book fair is back for the 93rd year, bringing together the country’s top publishing houses and booksellers all lining the leafy main walkways of Parque Eduardo VII. In addition to browsing more fiction, non-fiction, art, and whatever else books than you’ve ever seen in your life — including in English and Spanish and occasionally other languages — and finding steeply discounted books of the day and hidden treasures in the used shelves, the fair will offer plenty of book signings and talks, and, judging by the trend of the past few years, increasingly sophisticated food truck options (but don’t worry, the farturas and bifanas are still here).
