to May 12 | TUESDAY ONLINE DONATION YOGA
There’s a global pandemic out there, people, and so it has become increasingly more difficult to not lose one’s sh.t.
One thing that’s helped people not lose their sh.t over the centuries, however, is yoga.
Rachel’s here to help, and here’s what she says about Tuesday nights:
“Online classes will take a little bit of getting used to, but the yoga will be the same – let’s give it a go and work it out together. At the end of the class, you’re welcome to stay online for an extra 30 minutes with me and any other participants who want to share anything/have a general chat.
How it works:
– email me at [email protected] to register, at least one hour before the first class you want to come to.
– I’ll send you a link and instructions to join the class(es). You just need to go to the Zoom website, click on ‘join a meeting’ and put in the code I give you.
– Find a quiet, private space and set up your computer so your camera sees as much of your body as possible (that needs the camera to be 2-3 meters away). If you don’t have space to do that, don’t worry, just put it where you can. If you don’t have a yoga mat, just have something soft for your knees.
– You can pay your donation after your first class, either for just that class or (preferably, to avoid lots of small transfers) for a block of 4 or 8 classes – just let me know when you’ve paid and how many it was for. I will send you my bank details for you to transfer payment (anyone joining us from the UK I have options to pay in £). You choose how much to pay. If you miss a class it can just roll over to the next one.
Classes are taught in English. The focus is on alignment, safety, and fun, on giving all your joints and muscles a work-out that can be as gentle or as challenging as you need it to be.”
