to May 29 | KIDS | Labyrinth of Maps | FREE
May 22 @ 14:00 - 18:00
An event every week that begins at 14:00 on Saturday, repeating until May 29, 2021
Mark Twain once said that “God created war so that Americans would learn geography.”
Whether you and/or your kids are American (of the U.S. variety) or not, Lisbon’s Communications Museum has an easier way for you to learn.
Here’s what they say:
“’Labyrinth of Maps’ is available every Saturday in May. This month, the labyrinth activity is dedicated to finding maps in the various exhibition rooms at the Communications Museum. This is a pedagogical way to visit and learn more about the topics covered in each space. To do this, you must ask for the activity guide at the entrance. The answers will be found in the various exhibition rooms.
Everyone is invited to join this adventure, kids and adults. Each family, at their own pace, will take a trip through the History of Communications and discover maps of the means of communication and transport, from different eras.
Come and spend a different Saturday morning.”
Families with children between 6 and 12 years old.
When: Saturdays 8, 15, 22, and 29 May, 14h-18h.
Registration is not required.
Maximum number of participants simultaneously: 5.
