There’s a good chance that Fernando Pessoa — one of few things that non-Portuguese people know about Portugal, and also a pretty good poet — did not want to be a hotel. But, at the same time, there’s a good chance he wouldn’t mind being painted alongside the city he loved by 10 Spanish artists, even if only to be hung in the lobby of said hotel.

“Until November 12th, the Exhibit “Lisbon and Pessoa by ten Spanish artists” will be at Lisbon Pessoa Hotel, fully accessible on the first floor, as well as in the hotel’s Mensagem – Restaurant and Panoramic Bar.”
