The 31st edition of Music Season in São Roque kicked off last week, bringing local Lisbon talent in the field of classical tunes — big and small, young and old — inside the historical walls of the Museu de São Roque, and elsewhere.

We’ll let artistic director Filipe Carvalheiro tell you why you might be interested:
“A good concert requires a good audience. A concert is an exceptional event, of a human dimension, comprehensive, unique and unparalleled; a spectator’s gaze, sound, ambient light, or simultaneous breathing, inspire the musicians on stage and thus determine at any moment the direction that this collective experience takes.
