This spot is a cool cafe with good tostas. The bitter lemonade is great for a hot summer afternoon. It has an interesting cultural agenda with book readings, art presentations, concerts and parties. It’s a great place to people watch: you’ve got it all right there: remnant junkies and prostitutes of Intendente entertain you as you sip a galão and feel the gentrification flowing through you. Over your shoulder, you can see the tourists flock to A Vida Portuguesa. The clientele runs the gamut, so take it all in.
