This is a very unassuming entrance, and if you didn’t know it was there, you would never find it. Head into what looks like (and actually is) an office block,  jump into one of two near-broken looking elevators, and head to the 7th floor. Yes, it is called Level Eight, but the last one is up a flight of stairs. Enclosed by glass walls, this rooftop offers one of the best views from any bar in Lisbon. You can see all the way to the Tejo over several neighborhoods along with a phenomenal view of the castle. The great view is topped only by the fantastic bartenders, who hit the right balance of fun and professionalism to make this a must-go terrace bar. Maybe hit it up early in the night to avoid the crowds though.
