This is the second location of the beloved Alfama restaurant Lisboa Tu e Eu, after demand for more tables in more places led to its opening. The chef has become a star, ranked by trip advisers far and wide, and now, touted by Atlas as one of the finest takes on Portuguese typical dishes you can find just about anywhere. Try the peixinhos da horta (not just green beans, people — there’s apples, peppers, and more fried up in there!) and don’t miss the polvo a lagareiro. This is the perfect spot to have an Estrella Damm on tap as you watch the world go by from the safety of the esplanade that nestles against the back door of the restaurant. Not to be missed, especially if you’re looking for a nice spot to eat outdoors.
