If you’re in the mood for straightforward meat and cheese, check out this classic charcuterie’s flagship shop in Restauradores. Just look for the line spilling out of the door flanked by fruit. You can also visit their outpost in Ribeira market if you want to get in and out quickly. The queijo da Serra is their aged sheep and cow milk secret weapon cured at their flagship in Praça Figueira and deserves a taste at least. These guys are also known for perfectly-cut porco ibérico, shaved right off the leg in front of you. Don’t be shy – go for the thigh.
