Number of TVDE (Uber et al) drivers has tripled in five years, along with complaints | Portugal Resident

Apparently, we’re not the only ones whose Uber drivers, on two occasions, drove the wrong way on a one-way street or, on more than a few occasions, said they were there and then ghosted…

“People no longer feel safe getting into these cars”, warns trade unionist, according to Portugal Resident, which also adds, “… it is clear that far from this, TVDE has become a vehicle for exploitation, particularly when it comes to immigrants.”
