Pausa’s menu focuses on dishes bred from tradition but gently twisted by an obsession with top-quality ingredients that are sourced from both Italy and Portugal. Its staff is similarly keen on delivering a memorable experience through meticulous preparation and presentation, from aperitivos to desserts.
From the first jolt of Aperol to the last lick of panna cotta, this spot delivered, and did it with style and care. Their pasta specials were traditional yet inventive, their pizzas were oven-baked to perfection, and let’s just say there’s nowhere else we’ll be turning to when we’ve got the craving for tiramisu. Mamma mia!
