Lisbon's historical neighborhoods are experiencing the biggest decline in property prices in years.

Lisbon’s Property Prices fell by 12% in the most prominent historical neighborhoods during the second trimester on year-on-year terms.

These figures represent the biggest fall in prices in this part of the city since 2008.

The study by Confidencial Imobiliario focused on the parish councils of Santa Maria Maior, Misericórdia, and São Vicente.
