Fancy stuff is served here by Lisbon’s favorite chef (and Time Out’s darling and poster child) José Avillez. Here, traditional foor has been re-imagined and molecularly gastronomized to tickle your beautiful belly. It all starts with the inverted martini which features a gin-filled olive skin that pops in your mouth. The leitão is delicious, and served with a bag of chips. Sound like a cop-out? Here’s the twist: you can eat the bag. Good times, but best done on an expense account.
