A cozy weekday lunch spot not to be missed
Don’t let the name scare you: the only person on the spectrum here is likely the chef with his tunnel vision to creating a slice of haven. The menu is written by hand, the staff is attentive, and the food is fresh and excellent. Definitely indulge in the couvert (the bread, olives, and cheese are fabulous) and go ahead and try the perfectly-seared vitela (beef steak) and/or the polvo (octopus). This tiny restaurant is a neighborhood favorite for lunch, so get there before the 13h rush if possible.
