A supposedly fancy thing we’ll never do again
You would think that the privileged clientele who feel compelled to splurge on a hotel of this caliber would have heads rolling for the time it takes to get your drinks ordered and delivered. The rest of the experience was less than five-star as well. The margarita was weak, the old fashioned was warm, and the Vesper martini was meh. The bill, however, was spectacular. Highly recommended if value is not what you’re seeking and you’d just like to find a nice poolside patio to make a toast to something worth celebrating. But don’t get your hopes up for a midnight swim or a sense of humor — those items are definitely not on the menu.
