If you’re a fan of gorging on teppanyaki, sushi, or sashimi, this is the Japanese chain restaurant to bring your appetite. As far as quantity goes, this place, and its nine other locations throughout Lisbon, delivers. The ordering process is straightforward: grab a notepad and a pencil, scroll through the menu, and submit your order. Wait for your selections to trickle out of the open kitchen over a Japanese beer or sake, and prepare yourself for a kitten robot to bring your order. Eat, select, and repeat until you pop.
The set all-you-can-eat prices are decent enough to bring hungry customers from all walks of life, and the staff is friendly enough to tolerate tables of students and families who know how to get the most out of their money.
If you’re after top-quality cuts of choice fish and well-curated hot dishes, however, you should probably look elsewhere.
