Great food that’s not all sushi (and no mayonnaise on sushi here), warm staff, and unlike 3/4 of the new breed of fancy Japanese restaurants in Lisbon today, these guys won’t pretend like they are fully reserved. Find out what it means to eat Japanese food that isn’t raw. Seaweed rice, or whatever is the dish of the day is always worth a try. It’s the only place we’ve found in Lisbon th eat truly traditional fare made by a Japanese chef. It might be a little on the pricey side, but trust us, it’s worth it.
