Skyhigh sushi, vigorous clientele.
Most people wouldn’t expect to find a sushi restaurant at the top of a hotel called “American Diamonds,” but it’s not a joke and it’s right next to the Picoas metro stop. The sushi menu is surprisingly diverse and inventive. For €19,50 you can have an all-you-can-eat menu dinner which is a good deal if you come hungry. Atlas is a purist when it comes to sushi and sashimi so when our obviously Brazilian waitress greeted us, we had our doubts. This spot did not disappoint as we were especially pleased by the Gunkan fusion items. Recommended for a night where you’re looking for a weird but delicious experience and a view to match.
