A killer view of the Santos docks, a great wine list, reasonably-priced cocktails, friendly service, a kickass virgin mojito, and other non-alcoholic adult beverages are just a few of the reasons to come to this bar atop the new waterfront workspace named Edificio LACS. Yes, there is some neon lighting, and those weirdly large plastic chairs are in abundance, but don’t let that dissuade you from taking the elevator up and sipping on something sudsy at sunset.
